We offer an array of software maintenance and support services
to our customers. Our support organization provides services
seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. We plan to have
a centralized support organization in Mumbai (India) to
ensure global coverage for our customers. This center will
provide the infrastructure for our around-the-clock call
centers and hotline support. We offer a range of support
packages that allow our customers to choose the level of
support that fits the needs and budgets of their organizations.
Customers also have access to on-site support, which is
charged on a time and materials basis.
